I’m extremely impressed with them. Excellent service! They found an extra problem and took video of it and explained to me in detail and gave his opinion. No hardsell and knowing the age of my car understood my desire to limit further major expenses. Due to that he searched for non-OEM solutions and sub-component level instead of a total replacement. Also this is clearly family run and they are all good kind people. I’m absolutely returning for future auto repair needs.

I had a very good user experience, reasonable costs, reliable technology, and clear explanations. Initially, I had diagnostic test runs at another repair shop, but they charged me an exorbitant amount just for those, without even fixing anything. When my wife instructed me to get the repairs done here, the guys were very kind to us to able to refer to that information and I could request the repairs at the lowest possible cost, which was extremely helpful. I will also send a text message to Brian (and Siwan) in a few days for the next action. Thank you very much!

Prime Care Auto is a top notch business The staff is some of the kindest people I’ve come across I know this to be fact , when my daughter had a spur of the moment emergency . A literal moments notice they were able to help my daughter and get her back on the road. The work they did was well worth the cost . We were not taken advantage of and that means a lot . Prime Care Auto will always be appreciated Not just because they were there during my daughter’s emergency (her first auto issue) But honestly because their kindness , their work and their prices beat the norm. I strongly urge anyone that needs auto care to go to Prime Care Auto on Eastern Ave I assure you You will be glad you did They .truly care about their customers. I’m grateful that they noticed my daughter’s worry and put her at ease as well . . I really appreciate this shop for all the best reasons. You won’t go wrong trusting them Sincerely no joke. My husband called this morning, and they were able to get us in the same day for an oil change and whatever maintenance was needed based on my Jeep’s milage (cabin and engine filter). Siwan took pictures of areas that seemed concerning that might need attention in the future. He also took time to explain why they were important to get checked. We didn’t feel pressured to get anything extra done, and the pricing was very transparent. He even mentioned that they got a Black Friday deal on the material they needed from Auto Zone that’s why they’re charging us cheaper than regular market price. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

The professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. everything was explained clearly, the job was done quickly, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. So first off I wanna start by saying this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any shop. When the engine blew in my bmw 335is suddenly shortly after buying it , I probably called around 20 shops no joke before calling prime care auto, they all gave me ridiculous quotes and suggested the bare minimum, many of them didn’t even know how special the car was that I had. When I called here for the first time, Siwan answered and helped me through the entire process. They found me an extremely low mole motor for my car and walked me through the entire engine swap process and kept me updated throughout the whole thing while they trouble shooters it. Once I got the car back from them I had absolutely no issues with it, it’s currently around 11 thousand miles since they swapped my engine, and It’s been running amazing , 7000 of that has been tuned and fbo never skipping a beat. Brian and Siwan always helped me even when I had to drop off my 135i last minute when they were closed because I had a bolt stuck in the downpipe, they even got it back to me next day. They truly understand enthusiasts because they are as well. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there care and could not have been happier with my experience.

This shop was referred by a family member. I reached out with a BMW diagnostic for my M340ix and Siwan was the able to assist with completing the necessary repairs with such honesty and professionalism. I wasn’t expecting such detailed feedback about my vehicle and him explaining what would be necessary in the future for the longevity of my vehicle. Wealth of knowledge! Fantastic shop. I had my tires mounted, road force ballanced, and an alignment. They have the most up todate machines and have great attention to detail.
